Pullman Photo Locations

The tricky part about choosing local locations is understanding the changing seasons; things like blossoming trees, fall leaves and ripe wheat can be available in their full glory for only about 2 to 3 weeks out of the year! It’s so important to understand the sensitive timing of capturing them when planning your session: book ahead if possible but if you see something in a state of perfection locally, also don’t hesitate to reach out and book straight away. 馃槢
Having said all that, I will try to label the relevant Seasonally altered locations with a time frame of when that aesthetic is available. 馃榾 Be sure to read the captions.

Derek & Chloe | Engagement Session by Forever Photos | Pullman Engagement Photography

I knew I loved these two from our first meeting to chat about their session. The laughs, light-hearted conversation, and carefree love between these two is truly inspiring. I came home from that initial consultation just giddy about their engagement session and how lucky I was to get to capture their engagement photos! They met while working at Pizza hut and fell in love. We discovered that Derek had in fact worked there at the same time my husband had when he first came to school at WSU. We bonded instantly and have since had these two over for board games.

I even agreed to photograph their wedding and believe it or not, I’m excited to! For those of you who don’t know, I don’t photograph weddings normally, but these two were soooo amazing to get to know and so chill that I knew I had to capture their love at the alter too. Chloe has a personality that is so light and so lovely, you just want to say “yes” and go out of your way for this gal. Her graciousness and ability to laugh so readily is聽amazing, inspirational, and makes her an instant friend.

Conchetta | Bubble Gum Portrait Session

Conchetta is hot hot hot! I love getting to make new friends and especially with awesome people like Conchetta-a beautiful woman who is聽passionate about cosplay and cupcakes. she was so sweet and silly and I only regret not getting to know this beautiful lady sooner!

My time taking Conchetta’s photos was filled with giggles and great conversation and her passion for cosplay was inspiring. Seriously! I would love to photograph more cosplay! I was thrilled that she was able to make my wardrobe ideas come to light with some awesome outfit accessories. Add balloons and bubble gum and we were good to go!

The more creative my clients are with their outfits, the giddier I get. Bring in those vintage heirlooms, retired wedding dresses, or prom dresses gathering dust and let’s plan the most elegant and amazing photo session you’ve seen yet!

Adam and Irene | Pullman Couples Photo Session

These two beautiful people are the best of the best. They are some of my most cherished personal friends…more like family really. We’ve done a lot of life together! Oh and Irene helped me deliver my beautiful baby girl. These are the type of friends that are always there to help how they can. They are responsible, giving, and really smart. Oh and Adam is my website guy! Shameless Plug: check out Pullman Marketing with Adam Jones (He’s increased my SEO like no other!).

I was so excited to have these dear friends behind my lens! The day of our session, Irene let me glam her up with some gorgeous make up and it started to rain! Luckily I had a sneaky plan to use one of our amazing local parks and not let that rain spoil our fun! don’t take my word for it of course! Take a peak below.

Fallon | Pullman Winter Photo Session

Winter Photography is one of my new favorites!

I mean how awesome is this snow?

It was definitely freezing out as we braved the weather to get these gorgeous shots. I styled sweet Fallon with a bold lip to match our accent fabric (some gorgeous red chiffon), an elegant touch to pop against the Winter Wonderland our sweet Palouse area has become. A solid sheet of snow covers every surface as far as the eye can see and my camera-loving-self couldn’t be happier! I had been searching for a tree like the one featured here for a long time and finally found it! I am grateful to Fallon for being willing to pose in the freezing weather and help this vision come to life.
